During operation, steel coils are automatically uncoiled and smoothly fed into the roll forming section. The flat metal sheet passes through multiple forming roller stations where it is gradually transformed into a corrugated roofing profile through continuous cold roll forming technology. This automated production process ensures stable material feeding, accurate corrugation dimensions, smooth surface quality, and consistent production performance during long-term operation.
This corrugated roof sheet making machine is suitable for processing galvanized steel coils, galvalume steel sheets, pre-painted steel coils (PPGI/PPGL), aluminum sheets, and other coated metal materials. The standard material thickness range generally varies from 0.3mm to 0.8mm depending on customer production requirements and profile designs.
