This machine works on a continuous roll forming principle, where a steel coil is gradually shaped through multiple roller stations into a corrugated profile. Each component works in coordination to ensure smooth material feeding, stable forming performance, and precise cutting to required lengths.
The corrugated sheet rolling machine is suitable for processing galvanized steel, color-coated steel (PPGI/PPGL), and aluminum-zinc coated steel materials. It commonly supports thickness ranges from 0.3mm to 0.8mm depending on production requirements. The forming rollers are made from high-quality 45# steel with chrome plating, ensuring strong wear resistance, smooth surface finishing, and long-term operational stability. The machine frame is designed with a heavy-duty welded structure, which reduces vibration and improves forming accuracy during high-speed continuous production.
A key feature of this corrugated sheet rolling machine is the PLC intelligent control system. Operators can easily set sheet length, production quantity, and cutting parameters through a touchscreen interface.
