This production line typically consists of a hydraulic decoiler, feeding guide system, roll forming main machine, hydraulic cutting device, and PLC control system. The steel coil is continuously uncoiled and fed into the forming section, where multiple roller stations gradually bend the metal sheet into a uniform corrugated profile. The roll forming process ensures continuous production with stable quality, high speed output, and minimal material waste.
The machine is suitable for processing galvanized steel, color-coated steel (PPGI/PPGL), and aluminum-zinc steel coils. The material thickness range is generally 0.3–0.8mm, depending on production requirements. High-quality rollers made from 45# steel with hard chrome plating ensure long service life, smooth forming performance, and high precision corrugation. The heavy-duty welded machine frame guarantees stable operation even under continuous high-speed production conditions.
A key advantage of this corrugated roof sheet roll forming machine is its PLC intelligent control system. Operators can easily set sheet length, production quantity, and cutting parameters through a touchscreen interface.
