The Corrugated Roll Former is a high-efficiency cold roll forming production line designed for manufacturing corrugated metal sheets used in roofing systems, wall cladding, industrial buildings, warehouses, agricultural facilities, workshops, and steel silo construction projects. The production line generally consists of a hydraulic decoiler, feeding and guiding system, roll forming main machine, hydraulic cutting device, PLC intelligent control cabinet, transmission system, and receiving table. During operation, steel coils are automatically uncoiled and continuously fed into the roll forming section. Multiple precision roller stations gradually shape the flat metal sheet into a corrugated profile through continuous cold roll forming technology. The automated forming process ensures stable production speed, smooth material feeding, consistent corrugation depth, and accurate sheet dimensions during long-term industrial manufacturing operations.
This corrugated roll former is suitable for processing galvanized steel coils, galvalume steel coils, pre-painted steel coils (PPGI/PPGL), aluminum coils, and other metal sheet materials. The material thickness range is generally between 0.3mm and 0.8mm depending on profile design and customer production requirements. Feeding width and corrugation profile shape can also be customized according to regional market standards and application needs. Different corrugated sheet profiles can be produced for roofing panels, wall cladding systems, warehouse roofs, fencing sheets, and industrial building applications.
The forming rollers are manufactured from high-quality 45# forged steel with hard chrome plating treatment, which improves wear resistance, enhances forming precision, and extends machine service life. Precision-machined roller shafts and industrial-grade transmission systems ensure smooth operation and stable performance during high-speed production. The heavy-duty welded steel frame construction provides strong structural rigidity and minimizes vibration throughout continuous manufacturing processes.
