The forming rollers are manufactured from high-quality 45# forged steel with hard chrome plating, ensuring excellent wear resistance, smooth surface finishing, and long-term operational stability. The main shaft is made from precision-turned 45# steel, and the machine frame adopts heavy-duty H-beam steel for strong structural rigidity.
