The Corrugated Iron Sheet Making Machine is an advanced cold roll forming production line designed for continuous manufacturing of corrugated iron sheets used in roofing systems, wall cladding, industrial buildings, agricultural sheds, and steel silo structures. This machine is engineered to convert flat steel coils into precise corrugated profiles through an automatic roll forming process. The production line typically includes a hydraulic decoiler, feeding guide system, roll forming main machine, hydraulic cutting unit, and PLC control system. The coil is continuously fed into the forming section and gradually shaped by multiple roller stations, ensuring uniform wave profiles and stable dimensional accuracy throughout production.
The corrugated iron sheet making machine can process galvanized steel, galvalume steel, and pre-painted steel coils with typical thickness ranges from 0.3mm to 0.8mm. High-strength rollers made from 45# steel with hard chrome treatment ensure wear resistance, smooth surface forming, and long operational life. The machine frame adopts a heavy-duty welded structure, providing stability during high-speed continuous production and reducing vibration for improved product quality.
A key feature of this machine is its PLC intelligent control system, which allows operators to set production length, batch quantity, and cutting parameters through a touchscreen interface. Automatic length measurement and hydraulic cutting ensure high precision and reduce material waste. Some configurations also support automatic stacking systems, which improve production efficiency and reduce manual handling requirements in large-scale manufacturing environments.
