The Corrugated Iron Machine is a high-performance automatic roll forming system designed for manufacturing corrugated iron roofing sheets and wall cladding panels widely used in industrial buildings, warehouses, agricultural structures, logistics centers, commercial facilities, workshops, and steel structure projects. With the continuous development of modern construction industries, corrugated iron sheets remain one of the most widely used roofing materials due to their strong durability, cost efficiency, lightweight structure, and excellent weather resistance. The production line is composed of multiple integrated systems, including a hydraulic uncoiler, feeding and guiding device, leveling system, precision roll forming unit, automatic hydraulic cutting system, PLC intelligent control cabinet, transmission system, and finished product receiving platform. During operation, iron coils are smoothly unwound and fed into the forming line. The sheet passes through multiple roller stations where it is gradually shaped into a corrugated profile with consistent wave structure, accurate dimensions, and smooth surface finish. The process is fully automated, ensuring stable output and high production efficiency.
This corrugated iron machine is suitable for processing a variety of raw materials such as galvanized iron coils, galvalume steel sheets, color-coated steel (PPGI/PPGL), and aluminum sheets. It typically handles material thickness ranging from 0.3mm to 0.8mm depending on different production requirements. The system allows flexible adjustment of corrugation specifications including wave height, pitch distance, and sheet width, enabling manufacturers to produce different roofing profiles according to construction standards and customer needs.
The machine frame is constructed using reinforced welded steel to ensure long-term structural stability during continuous high-speed operation. Roll forming rollers are manufactured from high-strength alloy steel and treated with hard chrome plating to improve wear resistance, surface smoothness, and forming precision. The synchronized transmission system ensures stable material feeding, reduces vibration, and improves overall production consistency and product quality.
A key feature of this corrugated iron machine is its advanced PLC control system with a touchscreen interface. Operators can easily set production parameters such as sheet length, quantity, and cutting accuracy. The system automatically coordinates feeding, forming, and cutting operations, reducing manual labor and improving production efficiency. Optional configurations such as automatic stacking systems, production counters, and safety alarm functions can further enhance automation levels and operational safety.
