The silo making production line starts with the coiled plate raw material, and processes small wave profiles through uncoiling, leveling, and rolling, and then automatically introduces it into the punching mechanism to punch all process holes at one time, and then introduces it into the bending mechanism through the bridge roller, and bends it into the required arc according to production needs. Finally, after positioning and shearing, it is discharged from the discharge table and stacked.

The silo wave pitch, wave height, hole pitch, and surface quality of the corrugated plate processed by XINNUO steel silo making machine meet the drawings and technical requirements. The silo roll forming production line can process 1.0-4.5mm thick galvanized steel plates and stainless steel plates, and the wave pitch and wave height can be adjusted appropriately. The forming speed is 5~12 meters/min, and the forming speed can be adjusted arbitrarily through the inverter according to the production rhythm.
