This production line can meet the automatic production of all silo columns and stiffeners, and the fastest production capacity can reach 45 meters/min. The commissioning of this production line can improve the production efficiency of reinforcement and stabilize the quality of products.

Silo Stiffener Forming Process

The automated production line is a special forming equipment for producing silo stiffener, with servo feeding, online punching, and automatic cut-to-length cutting.

The process flow is: loading → decoil → traction feeding → length measurement feeding → punching and notching → cold roll forming → automatic cut-to-length cutting → finished product unloading and packaging.
